对193例(238个窦)慢性上颌窦炎于治疗后作了1～3月近期临床随访,结果:鼻源性组145窦中,99个治愈,46个(28个系保守治疗)好转;牙源性组93窦中,67个初期治愈,对未愈的加用了手术,最后92个治愈,1个好转。之后进行1～6年(平均3.5年)的选期观察,从已无症状的患者中随机挑出53个窦,加上仍有症状的94个窦一并作临床以及X线检查,又进一步从中随机选出78窦进行窦内窥镜检查,结果:鼻源性组的远期治愈好转率为65.5％,其中单纯保守治疗组为34.3％,限局性窦内手术(息肉、囊肿切除)为76.5％,柯陆手术组为80％;牙源性组远期治愈好转率为83.5％,其中单纯牙科治疗的为92.3％,牙科治疗合并窦内小手术为90.2％,牙科治疗合并柯陆手术
A total of 193 patients (238 sinus) with chronic maxillary sinusitis were followed up for a period of 1 ~ 3 months after treatment. Results: Among the 145 sinuses of nasal group, 99 were cured and 46 (28 conservatives) were cured.
