用荷Ｌｅｗｉｓ、Ｂ１６和ＥＭＴ６肿瘤小鼠观察了甲硝唑氨酸钠对几种化疗药物的增敏作用，结果表明，用卡铂、丝裂霉素治疗肿瘤同时加用该药后可明显抑制肿瘤增长速度，提高肿瘤抑制率和增加肿瘤生长延迟天数。但对足叶乙甙的化学治疗未表现出化疗增敏作用。
The sensitization effects of sodium metronidazole on several chemotherapeutic agents were observed in mice bearing Lewis, B16 and EMT6 tumors. The results showed that the treatment of tumors with carboplatin and mitomycin could significantly inhibit the use of this drug. The rate of tumor growth increased the tumor inhibition rate and increased the days of tumor growth delay. However, the chemo-sensitization effect of acetylcholine was not shown.
