1988—1989年用非石灰性潮土进行盆栽试验.结果表明,芋头植株含氮、磷、钾、钙浓度以出苗后45天最高,以后渐次稀释,而含镁浓度则变化不大.吸收氮、钙、镁的高峰是在出苗后93天开始,磷、钾则是在出苗后109天开始.氮、磷的50%于出苗后93天以前分配在叶片中,109天后逐渐转入子芋与孙芋中;出苗后77天以前,钾素52.25%分配在叶片中,其次是叶柄中.出苗后125天以前,镁素49.07%分配在叶片中,成熟期在子芋中分配较多,为37.87%
