由液态急冷制备的很多金属玻璃在室温具有延性.随着温度的增加将变脆.样品由单辊旋转和双辊轧制而得,带材宽2~4mm,厚0.025~0.08mm.玻璃体的延性是用一个简单的弯曲实验,并测量脆断时的相对应变λ_f.用MVK-C型显微镜硬度计,负荷100克测量玻璃体的硬度.
Many metallic glasses prepared by liquid quenching have ductility at room temperature and will become brittle with increasing temperature.The samples are obtained by single roll rotation and twin roll rolling with a width of 2 to 4 mm and a thickness of 0.025 to 0.08 mm. Ductility is measured by a simple bending test and the relative strain λ_f at brittle fracture is measured using a MVK-C microscope with a load of 100 grams to measure the hardness of the vitreous.
