目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯的检测方法。方法对顶空条件及色谱分析条件进行优化,并进行顶空气相色谱法试验。结果 7种苯系物完全分离;对苯系物进行了最低检出限、线性、回收率、精密度试验,其最低检出限为0.03~0.05μg/L,平均回收率为97.6%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~3.3%。结论该方法同时分离与检测生活饮用水中7种苯系物,分离效果好,操作简单,灵敏度高,完全可以满足饮用水中挥发性苯系物的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene and styrene in domestic drinking water by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The headspace conditions and chromatographic conditions were optimized and headspace gas chromatography was performed. Results Seven kinds of benzene compounds were completely separated. The lowest detection limit, linearity, recovery and precision of the compounds were detected. The detection limits were 0.03 ~ 0.05μg / L, and the average recoveries were 97.6% ~ 107.0 %, Relative standard deviation of 1.4% to 3.3%. Conclusion This method can separate and detect seven kinds of benzene compounds in drinking water at the same time. The method has good separation effect, simple operation and high sensitivity, which can fully meet the determination of volatile benzene compounds in drinking water.
