农村电工实行行业统管以后,考虑农电工的切身利益,解除他们的后顾之忧,将是我们农电战线需要进一步探讨的问题.永年县电力局主要做了四个方面的工作.1 合理测算农电工工资农电工的工资来源是随电量征收的2.5分/kW·h低压维护管理费.对如何测算和发放电工工资要进行综合性考虑.既要考虑工作量大小,又要兼顾到淡季的生活保障,调动整个电工队伍的积极性,同时又不脱离当地干部群众的实际收入水平.根据上述要素,经过分档测算,把2.5分钱化解成各项考核因素的系数,再按系数计算工资发放值,形成一种多结构的浮动性工资制.
