目的:探讨手足口病的临床诊治方法,促进手足口病患儿的康复。方法:对2009年1月~2012年1月收治的小儿手足口病患者112例进行临床治疗。结果:112例钟96例治愈病程5~7开,重症病例7~20天。无死亡病例。结论:对手足口病患儿加强隔离措施,密切观察病情,及时诊治处理,能减少并发症发生。 Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and promote the rehabilitation of children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: From January 2009 to January 2012, 112 children with HFMD were treated clinically. Results: 96 cases of 112 cases of the disease to cure the course of 5 to 7 open, severe cases of 7 to 20 days. No deaths.
