目前,黑鲷的养殖已在福建、浙江、山东等省的沿海逐步展开,但有关其营养的研究工作仅始于1985年.尽管国外关于鱼类营养的研究和配合饵料的研制已达到一定水平,但其工作主要注重研究蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素和微量元素等五大营养元素,有关纤维素含量的研究报道甚少.
