目的探讨青光眼患者角膜内皮细胞形态计量学变化及其临床意义。方法对32例原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)和26例原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者进行了角膜内皮显微镜观察和计算机图像分析。结果与正常人相比PACG患者角膜内皮细胞(CEC)密度、形状因子明显减小,面积、周长、最大长径、变异系数明显增大(P<0.01),POAG患者CEC形状因子减小(P<0.05)而其它各检测指标无明显改变。结论PACG对CEC结构及其稳定性有明显影响,眼压应尽早控制,对PACG和POAG患者进行各类内眼及角膜手术时,围手术期的CEC形态计量学检测十分重要。
Objective To investigate the morphometric changes of corneal endothelial cells in patients with glaucoma and its clinical significance. Methods 32 cases of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) and 26 cases of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) were examined by corneal endothelial microscopy and computer image analysis. Results Compared with normal controls, the density and shape factor of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) in PACG patients were significantly decreased, and the area, perimeter and maximum diameter were significantly increased (P <0.01) Small (P <0.05) and no significant changes in other test indicators. Conclusions PACG has a significant effect on the structure and stability of CEC. Intraocular pressure should be controlled as soon as possible. Perioperative CEC morphometry is very important for various intraocular and corneal procedures in patients with PACG and POAG.
