对一种加拿大低Al2O3矿粉进行了烧结基础特性和烧结杯实验。结果表明:加拿大矿粉烧结基础特性较好,在烧结中代替HIXF或SCTF,同时有利于烧结利用系数的提高,对转鼓指数和成品率不会产生负面影响。用10%加拿大矿粉分别替代哈默斯利澳粉和巴西精粉,烧结矿中Al2O3的质量分数将分别下降0.2%和0.06%。
A kind of Canadian low Al2O3 ore powder was sintered basic characteristics and sintering cup experiments. The results show that the basic characteristics of Canadian ore powder sintering are better, and HIXF or SCTF can be replaced in sintering. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to the improvement of sintering utilization coefficient, and will not have a negative impact on drum index and yield. Substitute Hammersley Australia powder and Brazil powder with 10% Canadian ore powder respectively, the mass fraction of Al2O3 in sinter will drop by 0.2% and 0.06% respectively.
