目的 :进一步研究野生云芝 (Coriolusversicolor(L .)Fr.)子实体中具有生物活性的多糖成分。方法 :采用水提醇沉淀法得粗多糖 ,经H2 O2 脱色 ,醇分部沉淀 ,SephadexG75和HPLC纯化 ,GC和光谱测定糖组成及糖链结构。结果 :从野生云芝中分离纯化了一种水溶性多糖CVPS -B ,分子量 39kd ,其单糖组成及摩尔比为 :Glc,Fuc,Ara ,Man ,Gal,13.6 47∶5 .882∶4.45 2 :2 .42 5∶1.0 0 0 ;其多糖主链为 β(1- 3)葡聚糖 ,支链上含有一定量的夫糖 (fucose)。结论 :CVPS -B为云芝中新发现的一组分多糖 ,与日本培养的云芝多糖PS -K类似 ,但不含多肽 ,而与上海师范大学培养的云芝多糖PSP有所不同。
Objective: To further study the bioactive polysaccharides in the fruit body of wild Coriolusversicolor (L.) Fr. Methods: The crude polysaccharides were prepared by water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. After decolorization by H2O2, alcohol fractions were precipitated, purified by Sephadex G75 and HPLC, the sugar composition and sugar chain structure were determined by GC and spectrometry. Results: A water-soluble polysaccharide CVPS-B was isolated and purified from wild Yunzhi. The molecular weight was 39 kd. The monosaccharide composition and molar ratio were: Glc, Fuc, Ara, Man, Gal, 13.6 47:5 .882:4.45 2 : 2.42 5:1.0 0 0; its polysaccharide main chain is β(1-3) glucan, and the branched chain contains a certain amount of fucose. Conclusion : CVPS-B is a new polysaccharide found in Yunzhi. It is similar to Japanese cultivated PS-K, but does not contain peptides. It is different from the PSP produced by Shanghai Normal University.
