2001年8月6日,印度商工部控告中国瓷砖“恶意倾销”。“出口肯定是为赚利润,我们并没有倾销”国内一致认为。但在有效应诉期内,以佛山陶瓷产区3家企业为主的被控方竟元一应诉。有关部门、行业协会亦没能及时组织起强有力回击。12月3日,由于中方元人应诉,倾销指控自动生效。印度即日起对进口中国瓷砖征收247%的高额反倾销税。从国际以往经验看,中国建陶的出口将面临毁灭性打击。中国入世后,我们又一次感受到了国际规则的巨大力量。而我们的政府有关部门、我们的行业协会、我们的法律法规、我们的市场、我们的企业,是否臭的准备好了?如果答案肯定,那么,中国将欣然受益。如果不是,那么,一二三四,个个都有责任。
August 6, 2001, the Indian Ministry of Commerce accused China tiles “malicious dumping ”. “Export is definitely for profit, we did not dump ” domestic consensus. However, in the effective response period, Foshan Ceramics Region 3 enterprises dominated prosecutors actually a response. Relevant departments and trade associations also failed to promptly organize a powerful response. On December 3, the allegation of dumping came into effect automatically due to the response of the Chinese yuan. India will impose a 247% high anti-dumping duty on imported Chinese tiles from now on. Judging from the international experience, the export of China’s ceramics will face a devastating blow. After China’s accession to the WTO, we once again felt the tremendous power of the international rules. And our relevant departments of our government, our trade associations, our laws and regulations, our market, our business, are we ready? If the answer is yes, then China will gladly benefit. If not, then one two three four, all have a responsibility.
