兰州炼油化工总厂(兰炼)柴油加氢装置加氢反应器后的分馏塔塔顶冷凝系统发生的腐蚀是由H2 S-HCl-H2O 介质腐蚀所引起,严重影响了装置的正常生产。采用兰炼研制开发的RSK-1中和剂,可大大减缓腐蚀程度,使塔顶冷凝水中的铁离子含量由原来的40~60 μg/g 降到0~2.5μg/g,pH 值由原来的3.0~4.0 升至7.0~8.0。经过一年多的工业试验,防腐效果明显,成功地解决了系统的腐蚀问题,使装置安全运行。
