采用试验研究和理论计算的方法对一种新型的具有新风功能的预制保温节能墙板热工性能和力学性能进行研究分析。用热工试验方法测得预制节能墙板的保温、通风、传热等热工数据,通过理论计算得出传热系数等参数,并与传统的砌体填充墙的相关参数进行对比分析。通过对预制保温节能墙板施加正常使用情况下的荷载,得出预制节能墙板的强度、刚度等受力性能。
The thermal properties and mechanical properties of a new type of prefabricated thermal insulation and energy-saving wall panels with fresh air are studied by means of experimental studies and theoretical calculations. The thermal engineering data such as heat preservation, ventilation and heat transfer of the prefabricated energy-saving wallboard were measured by the thermal test method. The heat transfer coefficient and other parameters were calculated by theoretical calculation. The parameters were compared with those of the traditional masonry wall. Through the application of prefabricated thermal insulation energy-saving wall panels under normal load conditions, obtained precast energy-saving wallboard strength, stiffness and other mechanical properties.
