本研究是为了了解并且树立韩国企业成功进入中国市场的战略中所需要的构成要素。本论文提出的投资战略为以下几点:(1)要对中国的投资环境从各方面进行彻底的分析来选择进入形态,而且要考虑所有权的问题后树立的战略细节。(2)在韩国对中国的投资中为了活用专业经营人才的管理能力需要必要人才的确保和养成是重要的作业。(3)要促进本土化战略建成可以自立的产业,通过持续的技术开发投资维持在中国与国外本土企业的竞争优势。结论上来看,为了韩国企业能够克服这些否定影响进行对中国的直接投资,有必要成立可以共享企业价值链的国内企业间的协作关系。
The purpose of this study is to understand and establish the components required for Korean companies to successfully enter the Chinese market. The investment strategy proposed in this paper is as follows: (1) To make a thorough analysis of China’s investment environment from all aspects to choose to enter the form, and to take into account the strategic details of the establishment of the issue of ownership. (2) In Korea’s investment in China, it is important to secure and develop the necessary personnel in order to utilize the management ability of professional management personnel. (3) To promote the localization strategy of building a self-supporting industry and maintain the competitive edge of local enterprises in China and foreign countries through continued investment in technology development. In conclusion, in order for South Korean firms to overcome these negative effects and make direct investments in China, it is necessary to establish a collaborative relationship among domestic firms that can share the enterprise’s value chain.
