企业思想政治工作在调动职工的积极性,促进国民经济的发展中发挥了积极的作用。如何面对错综复杂的新情况、新问题,积极探索社会主义市场经济条件下通信企业思想政治工作的新路子,是摆在我们面前急待解决的一个重要课题。笔者对这一课题进行了认真的思考,总结出了几条新形势下通信企业思想政治工作的思路,希望对诸位同仁有所裨益。
The ideological and political work of enterprises has played an active role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of staff and workers and promoting the development of the national economy. How to deal with complicated new situations and new problems and actively explore new ways for the ideological and political work of communication enterprises under the socialist market economy is an important issue that needs to be resolved before us. The author has seriously thought about this issue and summed up the ideas of several ideological and political work of communication enterprises in the new situation. I hope it will benefit all of you.
