目的探讨煤工尘肺发生的自由基机制。方法系统测定了104例不同期别煤工尘肺患者及40例无粉尘接触史的健康对照者机体的脂质过氧化及抗氧化状态。结果各期别煤工尘肺机体的过氧化脂质(LPO)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)及铜含量均显著高于对照组(P<001),而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力则较对照组显著降低(P<001)。结论煤工尘肺的发生与机体自由基代谢的紊乱及氧化/抗氧化状态的失衡有关。
Objective To explore the free radical mechanism of coal workers’ pneumoconiosis. Methods The lipid peroxidation and antioxidant status of 104 cases of coal miners with pneumoconiosis and 40 healthy controls without dust exposure were determined. Results The levels of LPO, SOD, GSH and Cu in coal pneumoconiosis group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0. 01), while glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and catalase (CAT) activity was significantly lower than the control group (P <0 01). Conclusion The occurrence of pneumoconiosis in coal workers is related to the disorder of free radical metabolism and the imbalance of oxidation / antioxidation status.
