肉孢子虫是一种人畜共患寄生虫,其形态学鉴定及血清学检测均不理想。分子生物学技术的应用,极大地促进了肉孢子虫的虫种鉴定及中间宿主、终宿主的研究。各种肉孢子虫有相对较高的宿主特异性,本文以宿主为线索,对近年来应用PCR及相关技术在人、马、猪、牛、羊、鸟类等不同宿主感染肉孢子虫的发现及应用进行了综述。
Sarcocystis is a zoonotic parasites, the morphological identification and serological testing are not ideal. The application of molecular biology technology has greatly promoted the identification of insects and the study of intermediate hosts and final hosts. Various species of Sarcocystis have relatively high host specificity. In this paper, the host was used as a clue to find out about the infection of Sarcocystin in different hosts such as humans, horses, pigs, cattle, sheep and birds in recent years by PCR and related technologies And applications are reviewed.
