以“八荣八耻”为主要内容的社会主义荣辱观的提出,在新的历史时期具有极其重要的理论意义和现实意义。这不仅是一个理论问题,更是一个实践问题。我们如何使这一伦理道德观念有效地作用于社会,真正转化为大多数人的行为准则,是整个问题的核心所在。笔者认为,中国社会目前正处于各种观念激烈碰撞、价值观日趋多元化的变革或转型时期,相对合理的制度安排是践行社会主义荣辱观的有效途径之一。 The formulation of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, with “eight honors and eight disgraces” as the main content, has extremely important theoretical and practical significance in the new historical period. This is not only a theoretical issue, but also a practical one. How we make this ethical and moral concept work effectively in society and truly translate it into a code of conduct for the majority is at the core of the whole issue.
