我们应用金水宝胶囊治疗肾病综合征伴高脂血症，并观察了临床疗效。结果治疗4周后，观察组与对照组Tch、TG均有不同程度下降，HDL均有不同升高，但观察组与对照组比较治疗效果明显优于对照组（Tch：P＜0．005，TG：P＜0．01，HDL：P＜0．01），有明显的统计学意义，说明金水宝胶囊治疗肾病综合征疗效显著，可明显降低高血脂引起的冠心病、动脉硬化，心肌梗塞的发生率，且无明显毒副作用，可广泛用于临床。
We apply Jinshuibao Capsule treatment of nephrotic syndrome with hyperlipidemia and observed the clinical efficacy.
