目的:观察何首乌中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(二苯乙烯苷)对于大鼠肝脏酶及蛋白等生化指标的影响,以期探求何首乌“肝损伤”的物质基础。方法:大鼠分别按剂量150、300、600mg/kg灌胃给药,连续90d,恢复15天;分别于第60天、90天、105天时,全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血清中肝酶及蛋白的含量。结果:与空白组比较,给药第60天,各剂量组球蛋白(GLB)显著升高,白球比(A/G)显著降低;给药第90天,中剂量与大剂量组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)显著升高,中剂量组白蛋白(ALB)显著降低;停药第15天,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)显著降低,其他指标无统计学意义。结论:二苯乙烯苷大剂量长期使用时,会对肝脏造成一定的损伤,停药后可恢复肝功正常。
Objective: To observe the effects of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (Stilbene glycoside) on the biochemical parameters of liver enzymes and proteins in Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Conclusion: The long-term use of stilbene glycoside when long-term use, will cause some damage to the liver, withdrawal can restore normal liver function.
