本文建立了一种计算喷射压力(油嘴蓄压腔压力)和喷射率的新方法,主要特点是无需已知喷孔处的流通特性(如流量系数等),而是通过实测的油管两端压力和针阀升程就可以计算出喷射压力和喷射率。为了提高计算精度,在计算中考虑了牵连速度和音速变化等因素的影响,建立了处理残余空泡的计算模型。
In this paper, a new method to calculate the injection pressure (nozzle pressure storage chamber) and injection rate is established. The main feature is that without knowing the flow characteristics (such as the flow coefficient) at the nozzle orifice, the measured pressure at both ends of the tubing And needle lift can calculate the injection pressure and injection rate. In order to improve the accuracy of calculation, the influences of the entrainment velocity and the velocity of sound are taken into account in the calculation, and the calculation model of the residual cavitations is established.
