生物操作能力是学生顺利完成生物实验的基础。我曾对初一学生就植物叶的徒手切片的教学进行了如下的教学实验。选择学习基础相同的学生12人,随机将他们分成4个实验组,分别进行徒手切片教学。我令实验1组的学生先阅读初一植物实验四叶的徒手切片,然后根据课文的要求,动手制作切片,並记下在做了几张切片后才获得第一张能在显微镜下看清叶的结构的合格切片。令实验2组学生在预习实验四的基础上,由教师指出实验的要点,然后学生自己
