随着国库集中支付改革的进一步深化,公务卡作为一种新型的结算方式,已成为行政事业单位一种新型的支付手段,是当前深化预算制度改革、加强财政管理的必然要求。但是从大部分高校公务卡的使用情况来看,还存在政策宣传不到位、配套设施不完善、规章制度不健全、财务风险不可控、覆盖范围不全面等问题,均需要以积极的手段进行有的放矢、行之有效的对策研究,确保公务卡的顺利推行及使用安全。
