哈密是新疆的东大门,也是新疆连接内地的交通要道,素有“新疆门户”的美誉。然而哈密地区是处于半干旱和干旱地区,资源性缺水严重,生态环境脆弱,水资源供需矛盾也相对明显,可以说水资源问题已成为了当前制约哈密地区社会经济可持续化发展的主要因素。文章从新疆哈密地区降水、气温、径流、蒸发等方面进行了分析,以此探讨和研究哈密地区地表水资源量的总体趋势,并提出了对水资源可持续利用的相应建议,希望能以此促进哈密地区水资源能更加有效的利用和保护。
Hami is the Dongdaemun of Xinjiang and is also the gateway to the hinterland of Xinjiang. It is known as the “gateway to Xinjiang”. However, the Hami area is in semi-arid and arid areas. Due to serious water shortages and fragile ecological environment, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is relatively obvious. It can be said that the water resources issue has become the main factor that restricts the sustainable social and economic development in Hami area. . This paper analyzes the precipitation, temperature, runoff and evaporation in Hami region of Xinjiang in order to discuss and study the overall trend of surface water resources in Hami region and put forward corresponding suggestions on the sustainable utilization of water resources. Promote more effective utilization and protection of water resources in Hami area.
