目的:探讨海滨木槿不同部位不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化能力。方法:利用超声辅助提取法分别得到了海滨木槿根、茎、叶的正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物。采用Folin-Ciocalteu法检测了各提取物的总酚含量,通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)清除能力对海滨木槿不同部位不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性进行了评价。结果:根的甲醇和二氯甲烷提取物、叶的甲醇提取物、茎的乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化活性较强,总酚含量分别达到55.02、62.02、43.34、62.47mg/g。结论:海滨木槿的叶、根和茎可作为天然的抗氧化物质资源,具有很好的开发利用价值。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidant capacity of different solvent extracts from different parts of Hibiscus margarita in vitro. Methods: The n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from the roots, stems and leaves of Hibiscus marina were collected by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Folin-Ciocalteu method was used to determine the total phenolic content of each extract. The content of free radical (DPPH ·), hydroxyl radical (· OH) and superoxide anion of 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH ·) (O2- ·) scavenging ability of different parts of the sea hibiscus different solvent extracts in vitro antioxidant activity were evaluated. Results: The methanol and dichloromethane extracts of roots, the methanol extracts of leaves and the ethyl acetate extracts of stems had stronger antioxidant activity, and the total phenolic contents were 55.02, 62.02, 43.34 and 62.47 mg / g, respectively. Conclusion: The leaves, roots and stems of sea-shore hibiscus can be used as natural antioxidant resources, which has good development and utilization value.
