目的: 探讨应用超声心动图诊断胎儿心律失常。方法: 对年龄20~30 岁、妊娠20~40 周孕妇、临床疑有胎儿心律失常或有的伴有其他异常妊娠史的214 例胎儿进行超声心动图检查。结果:在可疑的214 例胎儿中超声诊断36 例胎儿心律失常。其中房性早搏17 例, 室性早搏6 例, 室上性心动过速8 例, 心动过缓3 例, 完全性房室传导阻滞2 例。同时发现4 例胎儿心脏结构畸形。结论: 超声心动图既可以判断胎儿心律失常的性质, 又可以诊断胎儿心脏结构畸形。
Objective: To explore the application of echocardiography to diagnose fetal arrhythmia. METHODS: Echocardiography was performed on 214 pregnant women aged 20-30 years, 20-40 weeks of gestation, clinically suspected fetal arrhythmias, or some other abnormalities of pregnancy. Results: Thirty-six cases of fetal arrhythmia were diagnosed by ultrasound in 214 suspected fetuses. Among them, 17 cases of atrial premature beats, 6 cases of ventricular premature beats, 8 cases of supraventricular tachycardia, 3 cases of bradycardia, 2 cases of complete atrioventricular block. At the same time found four cases of fetal cardiac structural deformity. Conclusion: Echocardiography can not only determine the nature of fetal arrhythmia, but also diagnose fetal structural abnormalities.
