一个好的秘书,应具有良好的“悟性”。具体表现在:善于将各方面的信息与感性材料组织起来,使之构成有条有理的知识;对事物的认识具有辩证的思维和洞察力,能够较好地把握事物的本质;思维敏捷,能迅速、准确地了解与领会领导意图,并较快地形成自己的见解和办法;富有较强的独立处置工作的能力,高质量、高效率乃至富有创造性地完成各项任务;等等。“悟性”一词是德国古典哲学中哲学术语Verstand的意译音,现一般译作“知性”,即人的认识
