文章认为在电子商务背景下,服务企业发展过快,其配套管理没有随之加强,导致许多顾客不满于电商企业服务质量,且电子商务服务企业界缺少一套适用于评估电子商务服务质量的方法。笔者针对电商服务质量评估体系不完备的问题,通过对文献的研究和实证分析,构建电子商务服务企业服务质量评估模型,综合评估模型。
