【目的】探讨根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂对牙髓病及根尖周炎患者患者炎症因子及疼痛的影响。【方法】选择牙髓病及根尖周炎患者130例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组65例，观察组采用环氧树脂类糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管填充；对照组采用氢氧化钙类糊剂加牙胶尖填充。比较两组患者治疗前后各炎症细胞因子如白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏 C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及治疗后临床疗效、疼痛情况。【结果】观察组患者治疗后优良率、疼痛程度及各炎症细胞因子(IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP)均较对照组明显改善，其差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。【结论】根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂能显著减少患者疼痛，改善炎症，疗效显著，值得临床推广。“,”Obj ective]To investigate the effect of root canal filling epoxy resin paste on inflammation factor and pain in dental pulp disease and periapical inflammation patients.[Method]130 cases of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with epoxy resin paste plus gutta percha apical root canal filling;the control group with calcium hydroxide paste plus gutta percha filling.The inflammatory cytokines,such as interleukin 4 (IL-4), leukocyte mediated IL-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level together with the clinical efficacy and pain situation between the two groups before and after treatment were compared in patients.[Results]After treatment ,the Good rate,pain treatment and inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP)of the observation group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion]Root canal filling epoxy resin paste can significantly reduce pain,improve inflammation with significant effect,and is worthy of promotion.
