目的:建立中药复方百草精口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-水(33∶67)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃,漂移管温度105℃,空气流速2.7 L.min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷线性方程为Y=1.481 0X+4.613 5,在(1.20~6.00)μg范围内具良好的线性关系(r=0.999 97),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为2.6%。结论:该法准确、可靠、重复性好,可有效控制百草精口服液的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of astragaloside IV in herbal compound herbal medicine. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water(33∶67) as mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1, column temperature 35°C, drift tube temperature 105°C, air flow rate 2.7 L.min-1. RESULTS: The linear equation of Astragaloside IV was Y=1.481 0X+4.613 5. There was a good linearity in the range of (1.20-6.00) μg (r=0.999 97). The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 2.6%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of the herbal solution.
