为了争取好的经济效益,我局开展了挖潜力、促增收、抓节支、堵漏洞的活动,精打细算,用好用活资金,取得了少投入、多产出的好成效。在增收节支方面,我局采取了六条有效措施: 1.完善“双增双节”的有关制度和办法。局制订了“关于加强工程余料、废旧料回收管理办法”、“关于试行生产维修工具遗失、损坏处理办法”和“关于生产用自行车承包办法”等制度。管理费用也进行相应的控制,对压缩会议次数和规模、控制出差人数、严格非生产用车制度、压缩文件报表、加强非预算内开支的审批等都作了明确的规定。 2.挖潜改造,提高原有设备的利用率。程控设备开通后,我局对原2000门步进制交换设备进行挖潜改造,并安装了计费设备,实行升位改制,发挥旧设备的余力,目前该设备装机率已达到80%以上。每月创收4万余元。

After the program-controlled equipment was opened, the Bureau conducted potential tapping and transformation of the original 2,000-step step-by-step switching equipment, installed billing equipment, implemented a lift-up system, and played the remaining capacity of the old equipment. At present, the installed rate of the equipment has reached more than 80%. Monthly income more than 40,000 yuan.
