由于 ShP-1000湿式强磁选机的台时处理能力只有13吨左右,远不能满足酒钢选矿厂工业生产的要求。为适应生产需要,1978～1979年我们设计试制了1号 ShP-3200湿式强磁选机。通过对该机的磁特性测定、激磁线圈的温升试验以及工业试验和长时间的生产考核,证实该机主机,包括磁系和激磁线圈以及行星摆线针轮减速机等都达到了设计要求。本文仅对该机的磁路和激磁线圈的设计计算作一介绍。
As ShP-1000 wet magnetic separator processing capacity of only about 13 tons Taiwan, Jinguang dressing plant far can not meet the requirements of industrial production. In order to meet the production needs, 1978 ~ 1979, we designed and trial No. 1 ShP-3200 wet magnetic separator. Through the determination of the magnetic properties of the aircraft, the temperature rise of the excitation coil test and industrial tests and long-term production assessment, confirmed that the host machine, including the magnetic system and the excitation coil and planetary cycloid reducer, etc. have reached the design requirements . This article only on the machine’s magnetic circuit and excitation coil design calculations for an introduction.
