螺纹钢管是以热镀锌钢带或覆塑热镀锌钢带为基材,经多组轧辊滚压波纹、螺旋缠绕、咬口连接成型制得的管材,是波纹钢管(包括螺旋波纹、环状波纹钢管等)的一种。对于埋地排水用螺纹钢管管道,外侧主要为土壤腐蚀,内侧主要为大气腐蚀、水腐蚀、磨蚀。由于波纹钢管在我国的应用时间较短,缺乏使用寿命方面的可靠统计资料,目前国内尚无设计标准和规范可依。本文参照国外规范、实践经验以及国内有关波纹钢管防腐蚀技术方面的研究,在现有技术成果的基础上,论述排水用螺纹钢管耐久性的影响因素、防腐蚀设计准则、防腐蚀设计方法等内容。为排水用螺纹钢管管道能在我国得到普遍应用和推广提供技术支持。

For the use of threaded steel pipe for drainage can be widely applied and promoted in China to provide technical support.
