It has been learned from relevant parties that some economists believe that China has entered a new turning point in attracting foreign capital and it has set off a third wave. In the recent period, a large number of international financial capitals adopted the internationally common method, namely the form of property rights transactions, combined with China’s industrial capital, and used the old company’s capital stock to carry out joint venture transformations, thus rejuvenating many old companies that were on the verge of collapse. Compared with the previous two waves, the obvious characteristics of this wave are reflected in the source of funding. The first wave was mainly funded by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, concentrated in labor-intensive processing companies and distributed in the Pearl River Delta. The second wave is the influx of international multinational corporations into China. Investment is concentrated in big cities, advancing from south to north.
