培养和发展学生的自主学习能力是大学英语教学改革的一个重要目标。该研究通过问卷调查了解大学生对自主学习的认识以及他们实际的自主学习能力和状况,研究结果发现大部分学生认识到自主学习的重要性和意义,他们意识到自己在自主学习中的责任以及合作、计划等对自主学习的重要性。但是在实践中,很多学生在计划制定、合作分享、行为监控和管理以及认识和评价自身变化等方面存在不足,这需要教师在大学英语教学中加强学习策略和方法的指导和培训,提高学生的自主学习能力。
Cultivating and developing students’ autonomous learning ability is an important goal of college English teaching reform. The study investigated the students’ understanding of self-directed learning through questionnaires and their actual autonomous learning ability and status. The study found that most students recognized the importance and significance of self-directed learning. They realized their responsibility and cooperation in autonomous learning. The importance of self-learning, planning, etc. However, in practice, many students have deficiencies in planning, cooperative sharing, behavior monitoring and management, as well as understanding and evaluating their own changes. This requires teachers to strengthen the learning strategies and methods of instruction and training in college English teaching, and improve students’ Self-learning ability.
