对无纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维及二者混合纤维等4种配方的沥青混凝土进行马歇尔稳定度试验,发现随着纤维剂量的增加,混合料流值增大,密度变小,而马歇尔稳定度则在纤维用量0.28%左右时出现最大值。加入纤维后,混合料油石比均增加0.25%左右,而纤维类型对油石比增加影响不大。就混合料的稳定度增长而言,聚丙烯腈纤维优于聚酯纤维,而混合纤维方案又优于对应的两种单一纤维方案。
The Marshall stability test of four kinds of asphalt concrete with no blending of fiber, polyester fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and their mixed fibers showed that with the increase of fiber dosage, the flow value of mixture increased and the density became smaller Marshall stability in the fiber amount of 0.28% when the maximum occurs. After adding fiber, the mixture ratio of oilstone increased by about 0.25%, while the type of fiber had little effect on the increase of oilstone. In terms of the stability of the mixture, polyacrylonitrile fibers are superior to polyester fibers, while the hybrid fiber solution is superior to the corresponding two single fiber solutions.
