近年迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)逐渐引起关注,相关基础研究取得许多进展。随着年龄的增长,男性睾丸间质细胞数量减少和功能下降是LOH的核心发病机制。睾丸间质细胞合成睾酮是一系列酶促反应,受到多种转录因子的调控。睾丸间质细胞由睾丸间质干细胞分化而来,后者对睾丸间质细胞的分化发育及LOH新疗法的研究有重要意义。已初步分离鉴定睾丸间质干细胞。睾丸间质细胞及其干细胞的移植成为最有前途的LOH治疗的研究方向。
In recent years, delayed hypogonadism (LOH) gradually attracted the attention of the relevant basic research made a lot of progress. With age, male testicular interstitial cell number decreased and decreased function is the core of LOH pathogenesis. Testis stromal synthesis of testosterone is a series of enzymatic reactions, by a variety of transcription factors. Leydig cells are differentiated from testicular mesenchymal stem cells, which play an important role in the differentiation and development of testicular stromal cells and the new therapy of LOH. Testicular mesenchymal stem cells have been initially isolated and identified. Testicular stromal cells and stem cells transplantation as the most promising LOH treatment research.
