目的将羧甲司坦制备成便于儿童及老人服用的分散片。方法采用乳糖、预凝胶淀粉、十二烷基硫酸钠等辅料制备分散片 ,测定溶出度 ,并与普通片进行比较。结果所筛选处方崩解时限符合英国药典规定 ,溶出优于普通片。结论筛选的处方合理 ,用于临床可望提高疗效。 OBJECTIVE Carboxyltin is prepared as a dispersible tablet for children and the elderly. Methods Dispersed tablets were prepared with excipients such as lactose, pregelatinized starch and sodium lauryl sulphate. The dissolution rate was measured and compared with that of ordinary tablets. Results The screening prescriptions disintegration time limit in line with the provisions of the British Pharmacopoeia, dissolution better than ordinary tablets. Conclusion The prescription of screening is reasonable and can be used clinically to improve the curative effect.
