毛地黄可通过刺激迷走神经、抗肾上腺效应和直接作用于房室结而减慢房室传导,中毒剂量时由于舒张期除极速率增加可提高异位起搏点的自律性。高血钾可降低动作电位的上升速率,减低静息电位和改变阈电位水平而影响传导,还可以降低舒张期除极速率而抑制异位节奏点的自律性。本文在用维持量毛地黄病人身上就毛地黄与高血钾的相互作用问题进行心电图观察。
