以某推土机先导液压系统为研究对象,针对现有先导系统能量浪费大,液压系统发热功率高的缺点,根据推土机工作装置推土铲和松土器升降动作特点,设计一套智能充卸压先导液压系统,并通过SimulationX仿真建模,对智能充卸压先导液压系统进行分析。仿真结果表明,该智能充卸压先导液压系统能很好地使先导泵泄压并为蓄能器充压,在实际应用中可有效节约发动机功率,降低燃油消耗,减少液压系统的发热。
A pilot hydraulic system of a bulldozer is taken as the research object. In view of the shortages of energy waste and high heating power of the hydraulic system of the existing pilot system, a set of intelligent pressure relief pilot hydraulic pressure is designed according to the characteristics of the bulldozer working device blade and ripper lifting movements.
