目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取湖北省安陆市普爱医院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的糖尿病患者130例,随机将患者分为常规组和观察组,各75例。常规组患者予以常规教育,在此基础上观察组患者予以全程健康教育模式。比较两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平、健康知识掌握优良率及护理满意度。结果教育前两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组患者健康知识掌握优良率高于常规组,护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果确切,有利于患者血糖的控制,提高患者健康知识掌握水平及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of full health education mode in the management of diabetes care. Methods A total of 130 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected from General Hospital of Anlu, Anlu, Hubei Province from August 2014 to August 2016. The patients were randomly divided into routine group and observation group, with 75 cases each. The conventional group of patients to be routine education, on the basis of observation group patients to be full health education model. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose level at 2 h, the rate of good health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h blood glucose levels between the two groups before and after education (P> 0.05); fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-h postprandial blood glucose were lower in the observation group than those in the conventional group ). The excellent and good rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of full health education model in diabetes care management is effective, which is in favor of the control of blood glucose in patients and improves the patients’ knowledge level of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction.
