塑料薄膜用于植棉业是一次技术革新 ,对棉花增产增收、促进棉花的发展贡献很大。但连续使用 ,已造成“白色污染”,对土壤理化性质和结构造成不良影响。为此 ,全国各地棉区都在探寻不污染环境和土壤的地膜栽培技术。据《新疆农业科学》1993年载 ,湖南省枝城市第一造纸厂研制出的“多功能农用纸质地膜”可以很好地解决“白色污染”问题。 1995年 ,我们引进少量纸膜进行植棉试验 ,结果说明 ,用纸膜植棉虽然不污染土壤 ,有防病、除草功能 ,但维持时间不长 ,保温保湿能力比塑料薄膜差 ,出苗晚 ,产量较低 ,比现行塑膜产量低 14%~ 17% ,且成本高。因此认为 ,纸膜的应用还需作进一步的研究和改进。
Plastic film is used for planting cotton industry is a technological innovation, cotton yield increase, promote cotton’s contribution to the development. However, continuous use has caused “white pollution” and adversely affected the physical and chemical properties and structure of the soil. To this end, cotton areas throughout the country are looking for non-polluting the environment and soil film cultivation techniques. According to “Xinjiang Agricultural Sciences” in 1993, the first paper mill in Zhicheng City, Hunan Province, developed a “multifunctional agricultural paper film” can well solve the “white pollution” problem. In 1995, we introduced a small amount of paper-based cotton plants to carry out cotton-padding experiments. The results showed that although paper-based cotton plants did not pollute the soil and had the functions of preventing disease and weeding, the maintenance time was not long and the ability of holding moisture and keeping moisture was worse than that of plastic films. Yield lower than the current plastic film production 14% to 17%, and the high cost. Therefore, the application of paper film needs further research and improvement.
