我国现阶段面临着通货膨胀的压力。通常用CPI(消费者物价指数)来衡量通货膨胀,而CPI中并不包含房地产价格,但房地产价格对通货膨胀的影响是显著的。因此本文探究通货膨胀与房地产的关系,从资金流动的角度揭示通货膨胀对房地产的影响。此外,本文还阐述了中国地产市场发展中存在的隐患,资金运作过程中易发生资金断裂,引起房地产泡沫。因此,本文从抑制投机的角度对治理房地产泡沫提出建议,更加凸显了这一问题研究的现实意义。
At this stage our country faces the pressure of inflation. Inflation is usually measured by the CPI (Consumer Price Index), which is not included in the CPI, but the effect of real estate prices on inflation is significant. Therefore, this paper explores the relationship between inflation and real estate, from the perspective of capital flow to reveal the impact of inflation on real estate. In addition, this article also describes the hidden dangers in the development of China’s real estate market, the capital operation process prone to financial rupture, causing a real estate bubble. Therefore, this article from the perspective of curbing speculation on the real estate bubble to make recommendations, more highlights the practical significance of this issue.
