重金属污染与多种疾病的发生密切相关。许多环境重金属都会对DNA甲基化状态产生影响,这种表观遗传改变在疾病的发生与发展中往往发挥重要作用。该文综述了砷(As)、镍(Ni)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)等多种重金属对DNA甲基化影响的最新研究进展及其可能的作用机制,为进一步揭示环境-健康相互作用机制及研究环境重金属污染对人群健康的影响提供了参考依据。
Heavy metal pollution is closely related to the occurrence of various diseases. Many environmental heavy metals have an impact on DNA methylation status. Such epigenetic changes often play an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases. This review summarizes the latest research progress and its possible mechanism of DNA methylation affected by heavy metals such as As, Ni, Pb, Cd and Cr Further revealing the mechanism of environment-health interaction and studying the impact of heavy metal pollution on human health in the environment.
