采用乙醇浸提法研究少花龙葵果中黄酮类物质的提取及其抗氧化性能。探讨溶剂浓度、温度、时间、料液比对黄酮提取的影响,并用正交试验优化了提取总黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,最佳条件是:乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为70℃,时间为2.5 h,料液比为1:12(g:mL)。此条件下测得总黄酮含量为3.68 mg·g-1,提取物对羟自由基有较好的清除效果。
Study on Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoids in Flower of Solanum nigrum Using Ethanol Extraction. The effects of solvent concentration, temperature, time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction of flavonoids were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids were optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 60%, the temperature of extraction was 70 ℃, the time was 2.5 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:12 (g: mL). Under this condition, the content of total flavonoids was 3.68 mg · g-1, and the extract had a good scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical.
