心房颤动是临床上最常见的快速性心律失常,随年龄的增大,心房颤动的发病率急剧增加。目前治疗心房颤动的手段主要为应用抗心律失常药物转复为窦性心律或用药物控制心室率同时抗凝治疗,但治疗效果不是很理想。随着心血管介入诊疗水平的提高及新技术的使用,当前以肺静脉电隔离术为主要术式的心房颤动射频消融术正成为很有前景的治愈心房颤动的最佳手段。现就肺静脉电隔离术后左房结构和功能变化的研究进展进行综述。
Atrial fibrillation is clinically the most common tachyarrhythmia, with age, a sharp increase in the incidence of atrial fibrillation. The current treatment of atrial fibrillation means mainly for the application of antiarrhythmic drugs into sinus rhythm or drugs to control ventricular rate while anticoagulant therapy, but the treatment effect is not very satisfactory. With the improvement of cardiovascular interventional therapy and the use of new technologies, radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation (PVA), the main technique of pulmonary vein isolation, is becoming the best method to cure atrial fibrillation. Now on the pulmonary vein isolation and left atrial structure and function of the research progress are reviewed.
