为解决掘进机工作过程中耐磨件长期与岩石接触而极易磨损的问题,自主研发了一款耐磨材料,为验证其性能,对其成份、组织、力学性能及摩擦磨损性能进行了分析。结果表明:材料C含量为0.4%,Si含量为0.86%,材料机械性能稳定,显微组织为马氏体及少量残余奥氏体,材料强韧性良好;抗冲击强度达到359 MPa,抗拉强度达到3 000 MPa;材料经摩擦磨损实验后,材料的磨损量仅为0.005 5 mm/h。
