正确设计和实施灌水方法及灌水技术必须制订一套完整的质量指标和经济指标体系。目前分析评估和优化设计它们的常用质量指标均有缺点。本文依据对常用的三个田间灌水质量指标及其构成因素的分析,提出了一个新的评估指标,即田间灌水质量综合有效利用率,可以代替原指标。阐明了其间的关系,分析了新指标在各种灌水情况下的评估特征,并于畦块灌水技术试验中予以验证。结果表明,该新指标具有通用性、科学性及可操作性。
Correct design and implementation of irrigation methods and irrigation technology must develop a complete set of quality indicators and economic indicators system. At present, there are disadvantages in analyzing and evaluating their commonly used quality indicators. Based on the analysis of three commonly used field irrigation quality indicators and their components, this paper proposed a new evaluation index, that is, the comprehensive effective utilization rate of field irrigation quality, which can replace the original indicator. Clarified the relationship between them, analyzed the evaluation characteristics of the new index in various irrigation situations, and verified the experiment in the block irrigation technology. The result shows that the new index is universal, scientific and feasible.
