Objective: To explore the effect of regulating management of gestational diabetes and pregnancy outcome. Methods: Sixty cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2012 to January 2013 in Jiande Integrative Hospital were selected as the observation group. The patients in this group were treated with exercise therapy, diet therapy, knowledge of diabetes health education and insulin therapy Standardized management. The level of mastery of relevant knowledge and blood glucose before and after the implementation of standardized management in the observation group were compared between the two groups. At the same time select 60 cases of non-diabetic patients with gestational pregnancy as a control group (implementation of routine management). Results: There was a significant change in blood glucose level before and after the implementation of standardized management in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the implementation of awareness of diabetes-related knowledge and awareness of diabetes-related knowledge of maternal and child health awareness than before have significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The standardized management of gestational diabetes patients can effectively improve the awareness of diabetes-related knowledge and diabetes-related knowledge of maternal and child health, to maintain the stability of patients with blood glucose, can effectively reduce the incidence of maternal and child complications, the resulting The effect is similar to that of non-diabetic pregnancies in pregnancy outcomes.
